Planting seeds, investing in African women

KUISHI, a Swahili word that means “to live” is the name of our impact fund that uses gender as a factor for investing in African businesses and to conduct analysis of our future investments. The Kuishi Afrika Fund is committed to supporting new and current African, women-led businesses and for businesses that are gender-balanced. Our team will invest using debt and equity products aligned with the needs of entrepreneurs. We believe in patient capital to deliver positive impact, contribute to achieving the SDGs, and strengthen businesses. In addition to investing in businesses, our LIVE Africa team will provide Impact Measurement and Management support and guidance for investees to inform business decisions.
