We work remotely and at our co-working space, Ikigai Nairobi, an African women-owned business. Based on our respective areas of expertise, each team member will lead projects with support from fellow colleagues. We each have specific roles in conducting research and providing Impact Measurement and Management (IMM) support. Our shared interests working collaboratively and with our clients and partners is central to our success.

Our experiences working in Kenya brought us together as well as our belief that African women in business need additional resources to deliver social outcomes and financial performance. We work through our global networks in Kenya, Sierra Leone, Europe, and the U.S. to deliver bespoke services for clients (investors and entrepreneurs) and partners. We are a remote team working across three continents: Africa, Europe, and the United States and headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya.
